H+W TEST PRODUCTS NOW ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS

Buyer’s order communicated by any means constitutes Buyer’s acceptance of all Seller’s terms and conditions of sale. Seller’s acceptance, whether by acknowledgement or performance, is expressly made conditional on Buyer’s assent to Seller’s terms and conditions which assent is manifested by Buyer’s order entry by whatever means used by Buyer. Seller’s terms and conditions of sale take precedence over and supercede any conflicting, different, inconsistent or additional terms contained in any of Buyer’s documentation or electronic transmissions, are hereby objected to and rejected by Seller.

All shipments are FOB H+W Test Products factory unless otherwise noted. Title and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer at the FOB point. All freight and transportation charges, customs, duties and insurance, if any, shall be at Buyer’s expense. Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and Buyer must immediately notify carrier of such loss or damage.

Delivery lead times and shipment dates are approximate and subject to change without notice. Seller assumes no liability whatsoever for loss or damage arising out of the failure to deliver product on dates stated. Delay in delivery shall not give Buyer the right to cancel any orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to minimum order requirements established by Seller from time to time.

Terms of payment are net cash with order, except where credit is established. Seller reserves the right to require full or partial payment to secure performance of Buyer’s obligations, before commencing or continuing work and/or prior to shipment of finished goods. All payments to be made in U.S. Dollars. Buyer is responsible for all of their bank fees and any middle banks fees, involved in Wire Transferring money to Seller.

Orders shall not be canceled or returned without Seller’s prior written authorization. Shipments returned without prior written authorization may be returned to Buyer, at Buyer’s expense. For return authorization and returns fees, contact H+W’s customer service department.

Buyer shall be liable for all sales, use, excise, custom or other taxes associated with Buyer’s order.

Product Design/Specifications Changes/Technical Data Sheets/Web Page. Seller manufactures all its products solely in accordance with Seller’s specifications. Seller reserves the right to modify, revise and/or change product specifications and design dimensions at any time at Seller’s discretion.
