FEATURES:
As part of H+W’s continued commitment to offer what is needed in the ATE Fixture Industry and to have the fixture hardware in STOCK, at reasonable prices…as a (unique: fixture Kit only) TSN partner, we have worked closely with Teradyne to design and integrate the New TestStation Multi-Site TSo system platforms into our Rebounder™ Series of test fixture kits. The sheet metal pan is our trademark .090” thick, welded aluminum, powder coated for extreme handling durability. As with most all of our fixture kits, you can purchase the entire fixture kit with a vacuum Upper Head Assembly on top, an Adapter Box version (just the .375” thick AT7000 G10 Plate on top) or just the pan assembly. Our TSR + TSi ABH In-Line fixture kits are designed to be used in IPTE MFT-19 Handlers.
We now have the NEW TSh Fixture kits, for Teradyne’s TestStation Multi-Site In-Line Handler, in Stock.
In addition to the Kits, we also offer all from STOCK, both the Interface Panel Assembly (IPA) for the TSo Off-Line vacuum receiver system platform, as well as the Interface Panel Frame Assembly (IPFA) for the Automatic Board Handler TSi In-Line systems.

Aeroflex 58XX Test Platforms with VPC G12 and G12X ITA’s
FEATURES:
We have refreshed our Partnership with AEROFLEX and have adapted many of our Rebounder Fixture kits to be seamlessly compatible with AEROFLEX’s 58XX platforms, using VPC’s G12 and G12 ITA’s, as well as Pylon’s Interface Blocks. Each kit includes the G12 ITA. The connector modules can be ordered through H+W or directly from VPC.
We now offer the popular 15 degree Sloped Fixture Pans. They are made with our typical .090″ thick welded aluminum and have the durable powder coating finish. Most all configurations are available: Vacuum Rebounder UHA’s, Adapter Boxes, or just the Pan Assemblies.

The rear panel is removable and is made of .125″ aluminum. These sloped pans/enclosures can have a complete vacuum Upper Head Assembly on top or just a flat blank G10 plate…or sold as just the Pan itself.

Call with your specific requirements for setting up a new or upgrading an existing test station. These Blocks are Industry standard. They are compatible with most 1700pt Receivers as well as most Teradyne/GenRad 2270/71 style Receivers. Note: These can be modified to be 100% compatible with Pylon/1280pt./RP19 Receivers, consult factory for details.
Features include: FR4/G10 material, Floating Alignment pins and bushings (where required), Lexan guide plates, P/N labeling, reference pin numbers are silk screened on front surface, mounting hardware, spring loaded contacts and receptacles are supplied by QA Technology or Interconnect Devices, Coax/Power contacts are VPC components.

ESD IMPREGNATED LEXAN & G10/FR4 PLATES FOR ALL OUR MECHANICAL KITS
Based on Industry demand, H+W has responded to the requests for Static Dissipative Protection on our Mechanical fixture kits. This ESD protection is NOT a sprayed on coating. The raw material is actually impregnated, it will not wear off during normal operations or cleaning.
As we are known for “shipping from Stock”, same day on orders placed by 2:30pm EST, these also are In-Stock Now!
We offer kits with just the ESD Lexan Plates or kits with BOTH Top and Probe Plates made of ESD. When these particular ESD kits are ordered, they come with threaded rod ESD Pressure Pins.

Due to the rising usage and integration of “Rack Style” platforms with today’s ATE systems, H+W has adapted many of our standard fixture kits to accept the VPC G12 and G12X ITA’s. In fact, we also have introduced a NEW line of 15 Degree Sloped Fixture Kit Pans, that accept these ITA’s. These are not the low-end “Bud Boxes”. These are made with our traditional durable welded .090″ thick aluminum construction, powder coated finish and have our 1 year warranty.
